Firing Service
Bring your pottery pieces for firing (individual pieces and home-made pottery).
Please make sure that the pottery has dried well before handing it over and that you have information on the firing temperature recommendations of the clay manufacturer.
The following firing temperatures are offered in an electric kiln:
– Bisque firing at 950 degrees (cost: 10 euros/kg)
– Glaze firing at 1230 degrees (cost: 16 euros/kg)
If you hire the entire kiln, you can vary the desired temperature and set the firing curve yourself. (Kiln hire: 75 Euro)
We accept no liability for damage to your pieces during firing. If the firing plates are damaged by the glaze of your workpieces or if the kiln is damaged during the firing process, the resulting costs are to be borne by you.
